| Allergenicity: | 298 subjects attending the Taichung Veterans General Hospital were recruited with at least asthma, rhinitis, atopic dermatitis or eczema. They were tested by SPT to recombinant protein. IgE binding tested by ELISA to recombinant protein, cloned by PCR. Indirect basophil activation was tested. 40 of 298 were positive in IgE binding by ELISA, 38 of 106 were positive by SPT and 22 of 28 were positive by Basophil activation. |
