Of those, 10 allergic (100%) and 21 tolerant (81%) had IgE to natural Pap s 2 as shown by ELISA. As only the natural allergen was tested, which is a mixture of Pap s 2.0101 and Pap s 2.0201 (as shown by tandem MS), the contributions of the individual isoallergens to IgE binding was not determined. |
