| Allergenicity: | After 2 weeks of exposure to chambered fleas, all 30 experimentally sensitized dogs showed serum IgE binding to rCte f 1 in ELISA. Of 10 clinical flea-allergic dogs, 8 (80%) showed IgE binding to rCte f1 in ELISA.
